System BLUE 22.2/H2 - No Signals

Hi everyone,

since a few weeks my System BLUE (22.2/H2, Firmware 11.0b3) no longer receives any signal. In the web-frontend I see that the AMP and SIG status are always red.

The gain setting is set to auto and changing every few seconds. When I enable the noise floor it is extremely low and not changing when the gain is changing.

My first idea was a defect in the H-Field AMP (23.1), as it's still without housing - though the status LED is always green, like before. After replacing it I still see no change, so it seems to be the main device. I also changed the network cable as well as the USB power supply. No change.

Recently I noticed that the device sporadically gets quite warm. If I look at the PCB itself I see no signs of magic smoke.

Any hints what I could do to further debug the device?
