Usually this happens when a station as been off-line at the last Blitzortung update, the last time Tobi synced LMO with Blitzortung (which are being constantly revised) you would be out of sync in the LMO listings. Note that Blitzortung is revising 'reporting region' assignments and other parameters. You want to use the tools available on the Blitzortung site,

1 . IF your station hasn't actually sent signals, it will NOT activate on Blitzortung database.
2. IF your station isn't configured properly on the Blitzortung Operator's page,
SPECIFICALLY if "anonym" is 'Y', than your station won't display. Make 'anonymous' = N for 'No'.
