Hi, 

I have here at my location am nice lightning cell,  only i get ones an hour a alert to my mail. 
While in the alert itself I have set the time to 10 min. 

What can be the issue?
While in the alert I have set a time of 10 minutes

Same here, have set alerts for every 10 minutes yet I get them every hour and sometimes every 2 hours.
