Full Version: big lightning storm seen from space

It would be interesting if someone could do either an overlay of Blitzortung information, or a "split screen" showing the strikes side-by-side. Unfortunately, I can't program my way out of a wet paper bag.

Its that how a lightning storm moves across the USA??! Wow.. the bright yellow flashes in the storm are more noticeable at night. But why much of the lightning occurred at the leading edge of the storm?

I'll bet that spawned a few F5s. Maybe a Google news search for tornado april 2017 would be interesting.
