Not as a 'registered forum member'. Station Operator number and user name credential for the system servers are established when you  place your station online. Once an operator, then for this forum your status can be upgraded to 'participant', and you can make changes to your forum profile.  You 'station' operater user name and user number for the system cannot be changed once established.
