I use the latest version of Chrome on an HP PC .

When I select the Realtime Maps tab the window that comes up shows detectors and vectors but there no longer are any MAPS in the background.

Is there a fix for this?

Works fine for me on Chrome. Try clearing the browser cache.

You are not alone. I have experienced the same and I still do... but only when my laptop is connected from the office.

I did not investigate further, just noticed it only affect from one location. Same browser, same OS. Source IP and DNS (and some extra firewall) are different.

Not sure it could help you troubleshoot further.

I can't really follow that. You can also load the background maps directly. Then you can see whether or not they are accessible.
