The LF33CV transistor regulator is used by the circuitry to provide 3.3 volts to the Controller board.
If you are missing yours, you can get a replacement from Mouser at the following link:

Thanks. I guess it was just missing then. I use Digi-Key since I have an account there.
Sorry for the missing voltage regulator.
Buying the regulator at some local electronic distributor should be the fastest and easiest way.
