Station not showing up

It's there, right in the middle of the map: https://map.blitzortung.org/#8.51/50.9212/0.0265

But it's not showing up on Lightningmaps.org. Is there a registration process or something?

Another question on the Blitzortung vector map: Why do some stations show a dot on the end of an active detector link? They disappear after about 4-5 seconds. What do they mean and why does my station not show them?
