Actually, no contact information is given out.. even to operators, directly. IF they see this post, they share if they choose. Because of so many varying privacy laws, etc. worldwide, Blitzortung and Lightning Maps.org does not make such information available to non-operators,... operators may or may not have access to some contact information, if a member has 'allowed' it, or entered such info...
