PCB manufacturing for Blitzortung systems - meteodelta - 2025-02-25

Dear experts !
Are you familiar with the following or similar PCB manufacturing ?
Is it good to try to manufacure a small batch of Red/Blue systems at this factory ?

https://www.pcbway.com/pcb-assembly.html

Since there is a long waiting list for regular boards, is this a possible speed-cutting solution
Providing of course parts and assembly has to be done elsewhere ?

Sincerely,

MD

I would say so otherwise Egon would not have made them available, and I think I saw a post from him to that effect.
I had 10 bare unassembled H amplifier boards made by PCBway just recently and I have successfully assembled some of them and they work 100%.
I'm considering getting some E preamp boards made and possibly a red system.

Hello everyone,

These are the empty circuit boards I still have. I'm happy to give them away free of charge to anyone interested. The only problem is the shipping costs. 100 x PCB 16 (H-field preamplifier for system blue) 100 x PCB 17.1 + PCB 16 (H-field and E-field preamplifier for system blue, separated from the PCB 20.x panels) 2 x PCB 20-7 (panel for system blue) 2 x PCB 10.6 (main board for system red) Perhaps one of you can distribute the boards, or some of them, to other participants.

I think it only makes sense to ship them to EU countries. Shipping them to other countries from Germany would be more expensive than having them manufactured in China.
