System Blue - H-field pre-amplifier
#1
Hi All,

I would like to know what kind of CAT5 cable I should use between the H-Field pre-amplifier board and the mainboard. Is it a crossover cable or straight through cable?

Thanks

Best regards

Connect an H-field or E-field preamplifier to the board. On the connected preamplifiers the red LEDs should be on. If this is not the case, something is wrong with the connection cable. Use normal CAT cable. It must not be a crossed cable. Smile

It must also be shielded. The types are listed in the instructions.

Yes,

can anyone share wiring diagram of the cable, just to make sure that the connections are correct?

thanks

It is a standard straight thru Ethernet cable.
