Win 7 sets the lan adapter to an ip of 198.162.100.1

I knew something was bothering, then it hit me.
Did you made a typo and meant 192.168.100.1?
192.162.x.x is in the Internet routeable range and should not be used on the private side.
These are the private addresses allowed.
