hi everyone. Is there somewhere to download a plan for your own PCB red system production?? Is there anyone who built their own hardware?? Thanks for the answers.

The places with HW documentations that I know of are here:

https://www.blitzortung.org/en/station_list.php from there follow the menue Project Area -> Compendium and there Hardware.
Stations: 2065, 2398, 2729, 3058

On the error page amplifier board for the red system in .brd format for the EAGLE AUTODESK program. If anyone has this file, please write to me. thank you
