Hello,
I'm a new user with a new station built (3236), please could my accounts be linked and this account be upgraded to a 'participant'?
I tried linking them and it didn't work.
Thank you!

I do not see your station as active. (3236) ???

Hi Cutty,
Thanks for replying so quickly.
Hmm, I've registered it and can see the stats if I log in. I can also go to the controller via it's IP address.
The link from the controller is:
lightningmaps.org/station/3236 - Doesn't seem to be there..
What info would help to track it down?
This system has been built by me (ie had the PCB made and ordered the components and programmed, etc), if it makes any difference.
I have the serial comms connected and it looks good.

And therein is the likely issue. The 'reporting' servers do not recognize your microprocessor and/or data coding. This is above my pay grade.

FYI: even if recognized properly by the Blitzortung servers, it is unlikely the adjunct website lightningmaps.org database will read the newer stations correctly.

I'm not sure that is the case.
It looks like the station ID the derived from the unique ID of the processor and my user number is associated with the controller now (I can see it in the serial comms). So it must be talking to the database/servers??
I have been talking to Egon via email about the build, so I might send him an email to see if he can help.

If you search by user you can (kind of) see the station:

Hi Cutty,
The issue seemed to be because I hadn't plugged the H-field in (it's on my work desk at the moment) so the server wasn't recieving any signals.
I've plugged it in now so could you try again?
Thanks.

duh... I almost asked you something similar...

but I thought, nah ... surely not...

Upgraded your forum status... Note that the adjunct website from Tobi, lightningmaps.org, likely will NOT register your station until all the regional database experimentation on Computing servers settles down, and Tobi has time to rewrite... indefinite.
You're looking good, attached appears to be a fine, textbook 'sombrero' signal from current activity down in ?Spain? perhaps.
You now should go to your owner's page, and input your antenna family configuration for your station...
Sent you a brief PM...
