Leave them out to start with and decide later where to fit them, if at all. Unless you have nearby VLF transmitters or a noise source that your can't conrtol you probably won't need them. Carefull antenna orientation can effectively remove an interference signal without the possible side effects that filtering can bring along.

The board has four channels, 3 for H-Field, 1 for E-Field. It would be normal to filter the first two H-Field channels but it really does depend on your local electro-magnetic enviroment.
