Hi everyone,
A little update, as promised: Skin Of the Sky premiered on June 6 at the Église Saint-Laurent in Paris for Nuit Blanche, and Blitzortung's data was right at the heart of it. Every voice message that traveled through the church was carried and placed by a real strike from the archive, so the network you all built was quite literally moving people's wishes around the nave.
Blitzortung.org is credited as our data partner in the installation signage, on our website, and in the official Nuit Blanche program.
Photos are now up on our site -> skinofthesky.cloud
and a full video is on the way, we'll post it here once it's ready.
Big thanks to GeezerD, Mike, and Egon for helping us get there, the thread really did move things forward.
We're now working to tour the piece, so hopefully this is just the first chapter. More soon.
