I understand that you might be a little frustrated because generally issues like that are hard to trace. The grounding issues are the worst and most common. It’s very difficult to judge what pin you might be referring to when you say bottom right pin. If you could mention the pin number of the IC, it’ll be much easier for us to diagnose what issue you might be facing in your circuit.
