USER DB Updates not OK

Just tried to update my user data in the DB. Updates are taken in the user data form but not stored in the DB. After transmitting the updated form one gets back immediately the former unchanged data.

I noticed that, but think it just takes a few minutes for the changes to be sent out. Is it okay after an hour?
