How do I remove the stats/graphs for other regions as they are not wanted ?
Thanks.
First of all, the operator cannot change those regions. Those are assigned at server. Your station is supporting, and reporting to, the Europe and America Primary regions. From there, your signals are routed to sub-region servers in Germany and Finland. America (Region 3) includes North America sub regions 1 and 2. Europe (Region 1) includes sub regions Europe 1, 2, 3). America picks up in the North Atlantic where Europe coverage 'fades away' generally, so some stations in both main regions 'overlap' and support each other.
On the 'stations' list page, you will see Bristol 2834 listed 5 times, showing the '
sub regions' your station is supporting:
and if you tic the blue 'info' icon, you'll see a performance graph for that
specific sub-region.
ON
YOUR OPERATOR'S page, the graphs are for the
PRIMARY (
inclusive) regions, in your case, Europe, and America (regions 1 and 3)
so, only 2 graphs... EACH of which will show 'performance' for that specific
primary region.
Note 1: Station Lists 'totals': In theory the "Signal" and "Valid" column totals SHOULD be identical for each 'sub-region', your station's total 'sent', e.g. RARELY will they be congruent because of database 'write', web page 'display' timing between the various regional 'computing' servers, and the unavoidable timing difference in network between Germany and Finland.
Note 2: Graphs from both 'primary' and 'sub-region' displays: In theory, the "total" (white) and "
Valid/Total " (orange) lines should be
similar in each Region, however the '
involved/valid' ratios (green) and '
used/involved' ratios (blue) will reflect only strokes assigned to that Region.
From time to time, Egon, et.al. may alter the Regional parameters. So specific assignments, and processing may vary. HOWEVER, currently, to the best of my knowledge, to request removal of a 'graph' effectively removes your station from supporting those other 'regions' and 'sub-regions'.
I think I've got all this straight... need more coffee this morning....
