If you have a general interrest, stay in the waiting list. One day you will receive a mail from Egon, telling System Blue (or whichever color code will be used by then) is available. At this point you still can decide, whether it fits into your current situation or not. If you want to start with the project the day after tomorrow, this project is most likely not for you.
Around my station, there are at this moment 5 stations active in a circle of 50 km radius and 32 stations in a cirlce of 100 km.
Around Amsterdam, there are at this moment 6 stations active in a circle of 50 km radius and 22 stations in a cirlce of 100 km.
Unfortunatelly I don't know the criteria and priorities. At least the 100 km radius seems not to be "over-crowded" in comparison to the south west corner of Germany/Switzerland/France.
