Sorry if this is posted somewhere already. A forum search for "dashed" and/or "green" is not providing an answer.
What are the straight, green dashed lines showing up on the page
https://www.blitzortung.org/en/live_lightning_maps.php ?
They are often intercontinental but don't seem to show up with every strike.

In the center of the circle there is a recent stroke and the dashed green lines connect it to the stations that detected it.
You may want to use this map instead. It is much more flexible. You can pan and zoom. Also check out the icon with the three horizontal lines. It allows detailed configuration.
