Can anyone advise on how to add this into the system?

There is numerous discussion,. Search forum here and at WxForum.net. You may have much better results searching and posting inside the "internal" forums for station operators. What is your station number?

Yes, I thought you were in Mexico...
Although there is info here on BO forum,
I'd suggest going to http://www.wxforum.net/
and search posts for "AS3935"
There are many hints, experiences and troubleshooting tips there....
