Received System Blue offer. The order was ignored.

Hi, 

On 5 September I received an email with an offer to order a System Blue unit. I selected the order option which our team requires and provided a delivery address. However, I received no response and the 14-day notice to order has since expired. 

What seems to be the issue?

It has been some time since I ordered mine, but when I received my email, there was an Attachment to the email which contained the prices and which options to order.
At the very bottom was the payment instructions.

It has been some time since I ordered mine, but when I received my email, there was an Attachment to the email which contained the prices and which options to order.
At the very bottom was the payment instructions.

I searched back today and read all my emails from Egon. I selected the items that I wanted from the list in the attachment and replied to him. Egon replied to that with the price and payment information (it was a Paypal address). I then paid him in Euros from my PayPal account to his. Within a week or two after that, I received my station kit in the mail.

What did you mean by "the order option which our team requires"? Does that mean that you deviated from Egon's instructions? In any case, I suggest that you read Egon's message again and see if it had an attachment.

By "order option" I mean the different configurations offered (without/with ferrite rod antenna, housing, etc.). 

There is an attachment, but no payment details inside.
