Thanks for the response. However, when I log into my device on my local network, nnn.nnn.nnn.112, I do not see anything labeled Tools. I have 'Login Status About' at the top and vertical sections labeled 'Tracker Amplifiers ... Other Parameters'. How do I find 'Tools | Firmware' ?
Then you will need to click on Login, then put in your username and password that you set when you setup the device. Then the other menus will be there.
